My husband and I went through a few relators. They just took their time to bid on the home and that cost us to loose the home we liked, or they just wanted us to purchase any home. Shane made the buying process extremely smooth. I made an offer from out of state after Shane gave me a virtual tour. As the house was built in the 60's, he pointed out some items that needed to be addressed so that I could make an offer that I was comfortable with. During the inspection there were a few items that came up that I was able to negotiate repair costs for in a counter offer. Shane was always available and willing to talk through my concerns. I highly recommend his services and will use his business again if I decide to buy another house.
